Come visit our enchanting Winter Wonderland Cupsleeve Event at Sibz Leuven, where we're set to celebrate the greatness of BTS, Blackpink, Seventeen, and Stray Kids on January 28th, 2024!
Join your fellow ARMYs, Blinks, Carats, and Stay's for an in-person celebration featuring themed decorations, photocards, cupsleeves and more!
To ensure a delightful experience without overwhelming crowds, it's essential to register for a free time slot for the cupsleeve event. This reservation not only secures your entry without the hassle of waiting, but it also guarantees you one cupsleeve from the 11 unique designs available.
Cupsleeves will be distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis with the purchase of a drink at the cafe. While we have an ample supply of cupsleeves, please note that each design has limited stock.

What is Beyond The Dance Belgium (BTD)?Beyond The Dance Belgium (BTD) is a dynamic K-pop dance group based in Leuven, Belgium. Founded in the fall of 2018, BTD began as a small gathering of K-pop fans and has grown into a thriving community. We organize weekly K-pop dance classes, cupsleeve events, meet-ups, and workshops to bring K-pop fans together to share their love for the music and culture.

Is BTD an official dance school?Not yet! BTD is not an official dance school but a group of friends offering classes for other friends. We're working hard to become an official, recognized dance group. Until then, the class fees only go towards covering studio rental and maintaining our website.

How much does a class cost?Every class of 2 hours will cost you €5. Are you planning to come more often? We also have a 10-class pass for €45 that can be bought via our website! The cost of our classes is purely to cover the rental of the dance studios and maintain our website. We always aim to keep the cost affordable for everyone.

Where are the classes held?We hold our dance classes at different studios in Leuven, depending on the week and availability. It’s important to check the location for each class as it can change. We'll always update our members via our website and social media channels about the weekly studio location.

What should I bring to class?We recommend bringing a bottle of water, comfortable clothing, and shoes suitable for dancing. Most importantly, bring your enthusiasm and energy!

Can I get a refund if I miss a class or can’t attend?Since our fees are used to cover studio rental, we generally do not offer refunds if you miss a class. However, if there are exceptional circumstances, feel free to reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

How can I suggest a song or dance for future classes?We love hearing suggestions from our community! You can suggest songs or dances for future classes by messaging us on social media or leaving a comment on our posts. We try to include fan favorites in our choreography choices. We also post interest checks every few months on our social media and in our WhatsApp group! So keep an eye out for those.

Who can join the dance classes?Our classes are open to anyone aged 16 and older, regardless of experience. Whether you’re new to K-pop dancing or a seasoned dancer, we welcome everyone who shares our passion for K-pop!

Why are the classes 16+?All of our classes are 16+ because BTD is not an official organization yet, and we want to keep things casual and safe. Our current setup is friends teaching friends, and the cost only covers studio rental. We also aim to create a relaxed, age-appropriate environment for participants.

Can I join if I’m younger than 16?Currently, our classes are strictly for those aged 16 and above. However, we occasionally host special events or workshops that may be open to younger participants. Keep an eye on our announcements for those opportunities!

Do I need dance experience to join the classes?No prior dance experience is necessary to join! Our classes cater to all skill levels, so whether you're a beginner or have danced before, you'll be able to participate and have fun.

Are the classes only for K-pop fans?While our classes focus on K-pop choreography, you don’t have to be a die-hard fan to join. If you love dancing, music, and want to experience K-pop dance routines, you’re more than welcome to participate!
